1. Your Conference Reservation

Whether you book alone or as a couple, we will deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments, and cancellations. When you place your reservation, you will receive a “thank you” e-mail confirming receipt of your reservation request. Once your reservation is processed, we will send you confirmation by e-mail. You will also get periodic updates as the conference draws closer.

2. The Price You Pay

All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, and once you have booked and paid in full, we will not increase your price.

3. If We Cancel Your Booking

We aim to provide the conference as booked. But if, for example, there are not enough people booked for the conference, we may have to cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel the conference in any circumstances.

If for any reason beyond International Living’s reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes; labor disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; pandemic; acts of terrorism; acts of war; acts of God; fires; flood or other emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs of any accommodations, curtailment of transportation such that attendees cannot arrive at the Event, or other occurrence making it impossible or illegal for International Living to perform its obligations), such non-performance is excused and International Living terminates its obligation to perform without further liability of any nature.

Parties acknowledge and agree that if an Event is cancelled by International Living, in their sole discretion, International Living shall not be responsible in any manner to customer for any loss, expense or additional costs that may be incurred by customer from booked lodging and travel. International Living strongly recommends the Customer purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to a cancelled Event.

4. If You Cancel Your Booking

If you want to cancel your booking, you must advise us in writing to [email protected]. If you cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund of the fee paid less any applicable cancellation charges, as per the conference cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your participation in The Gathering 2027 for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

• Cancel now through October 31, 2026 — full refund.
• Cancel on or after November 1, 2026 — no refund.

5. Conduct While at a Conference

We encourage attendees to network and enjoy the conference in a relaxed atmosphere. However, we ask that during sessions you do not disturb attendees by speaking loudly, using your cell phone, or making multiple trips in and out of the conference room. Attendees should not solicit business from other attendees in a manner that might affect other attendee’s enjoyment of the conference. If we believe that you are affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to remove you from the conference.

6. Consent for Conference Recordings — Read and Understood

I do hereby grant International Living the right to use, publish and copyright my name, voice, picture, portrait and likeness in all media and types of editorial advertising in and promotion of products and/or services associated with International Living as it deems appropriate. I understand that use of this material described above may be reproduced in print or electronic form (including in photographs, DVDs, or on the internet) by International Living in other related products or in promotional or marketing pieces without further consent.

Presentations and proceedings at The Gathering will be recorded and made available via alerts, websites, eletters, marketing materials and social media, including, without limitation, the Real Estate Trend Alert and/or International Living website, emails, and/or Real Estate Trend Alert and Overseas Dream Home alerts.

In the event I consent to be recorded and/or live streamed, I understand there is no compensation being given for this appearance and further commercial use.

By completing your registration for this conference/online conference, you are agreeing to be included in these recordings.

7. Speakers and Exhibitors — General Release Read and Understood

International Living, as the organizer of this event, provides a forum for speakers and exhibitors we believe have useful and reliable information for you. While we believe these speakers provide worthwhile and interesting information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, nor are we responsible for any errors or omissions by speakers or exhibitors.

International Living, its editors and contributors and other sponsoring groups do not, at any time, provide individual, personalized investment advice. The real estate opportunities at the Gathering are brought to you by Pangaea Ltd. Pangaea requires developers and projects to meet basic criteria. Although Pangaea believes developments that meet their criteria are quality projects and they have confidence in their completion and ongoing management, this should not be construed as a guarantee by Pangaea.

Should an attendee decide to purchase a property from one of the real estate developers, agents or brokers who take part in the Gathering, Pangaea may receive an advertising fee, and International Living, along with certain marketing companies who contract directly with Pangaea Ltd., may receive a portion of that fee.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance from a reputable provider prior to your departure. Travel insurance may assist you if you are sick or injured while abroad and may also cover costs incurred because of cancellations or delays. You should remember, however, that your insurance may not be valid if you are traveling to a country where the State Department has advised against travel.
