WHAT ATTENDEES SAY

  • “I'm living the dream. I’m here tonight and it doesn’t seem real because I’ve been wanting to come to The Gathering since I knew about ten years ago but I never made it happen. Now here we are and there’s real people. This is a dream come true for me.” – Belinda
  • “I think the biggest benefit to coming to The Gathering is meeting other RETA members and hearing their stories and sharing your story with them… where they’ve bought, where they live, what they plan to do with their properties… it’s just great to be able to contact these people personally and understand that we as RETA members come from such a wide demographic, it’s just fantastic.” – Audrey
  • “The Gathering is super. We just love it. This is our first Gathering, we met some great people and had an absolutely fabulous time and got a lot of good information we wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else.” – Linda and Tom

THE VENUE: The Santa Maria, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Golf Resort, Panama

Join us at the Santa Maria Resort for The Gathering 2026, the hotel is 5* and the perfect spot for networking...

As well as being the venue for the conference, we'll have our welcome cocktail, networking lunches, and Farewell Dinner at the Santa Maria hotel.

THE SCHEDULE

As we get closer to the event, we will send you a detailed schedule, showing speaker names, topics and times. Please note that there is a post event tour on Sunday March 15, so please bear this in mind when booking flights for the event and planning your stay. This is the preliminary schedule:

Thursday, March 12, 2026: 5:30 pm to 6:30pm

Registration at the Santa Maria Hotel; followed by the Welcome Cocktail at the Santa Maria Hotel at 6:30pm. Every Gathering starts with a Welcome Cocktail Party, where you can meet myself, other speakers, fellow members, and just have a good time. Your fellow members have walked a mile in your shoes and can answer your burning questions better than anyone else.

They are all smart and successful people…

Top of their field doctors, executives, entrepreneurs…

But also travelers, adventurers, investors…

And they’re attending The Gathering because they “get it”…

Real estate’s amazing potential to create life-changing fortunes and preserve wealth for generations.

That’s why meeting members is always a big highlight for me.

Even if this is your first time attending The Gathering, you’ll be given a warm welcome and make new friends with interesting people fast.

It’s like a big family reunion.

As always, the Gathering starts with a fun welcome cocktail…

Friday, March 13, 2026: 09:00 am:

Registration at the Santa Maria Hotel, followed by speaking sessions at 10am and a group lunch (included at no extra cost to attendees) at 12 noon.

After opening remarks from myself and Margaret I’ll give my “State of the Union Address” and then invite guest speakers to the stage. This year’s speaker line-up is as impressive as ever.

The main theme of the day will be hearing about the next big investment opportunities from around the world.

In the afternoon, you can speak to an expert and learn more about a specific opportunity in a small group breakout… even reserve a one-on-one…

Or you can take a field trip and visit communities RETA members have a chance to invest in.

Dinner on Friday is at your leisure. So, seek out fellow attendees and make plans. Panama is home to folks from around the world, and that means a wide choice of top-notch dining options.

Saturday, March 14, 2026: 10:00am:

We have speaking sessions at the Santa Maria Hotel. Then we’ll break for a group lunch (included at no extra cost because you’re attending The Gathering 2026).

Again, in the afternoon, you can meet our experts one on one or take a field trip.

Finally, we’ll regroup back at the Santa Maria hotel for the Farewell Dinner at 6:30pm. You can talk over the opportunities you’ve learned about with fellow attendees, swap phone numbers and enjoy the delicious food and drinks.

Sunday, March 15, 2026:

There will be a full-day real estate tour to Playa Caracol, leaving from the Santa Maria hotel early Sunday morning, and returning to the Santa Maria hotel late Sunday afternoon.

You will get a full tour of the Playa Caracol community, the amenities, finished buildings, and a sneak peek at an upcoming deal. Of course, you’ll enjoy the Pacific views and the long, sandy beaches, too! Transport and lunch will be provided. More details will follow on this tour, how to reserve your place, etc. If you want to take part, you should stay an extra night at the Santa Maria hotel, flying home on Monday March 16.

Our Farewell Dinners are always a blast… Nothing beats good food and good drink with good friends.
